Chris Lindstrom

Chris started on the ground floor as an apprentice in his father’s machine shop over 40 years ago.  He learned all aspects of the operations and rose to manage the business in 1998.  In 2018, he and his brother Todd became the next generation of owners.  Chris is now the President of Lindstrom Machining and oversees the day-to-day business operations.  He excels in juggling the myriad of details needed to manage production and delivery schedules, ensuring we stay true to our commitments.  Chris also enjoys building lasting relationships with our customers and supporting their success.  In his spare time, Chris loves to spend time in the mountains, riding 4-wheelers and relaxing around a campfire.  He and his wife are active members of Daybreak Church.

Bonnie Lindstrom

Every successful business has that person who is like “glue” holding all the pieces together.  For Lindstrom Machining, that person is Bonnie.  Although she married into the family business (as Chris’s wife) she is every bit as committed to the business and it’s customers as the original family members.  Bonnie handles the accounting processes and other administrative aspects of the business and even makes deliveries to customers as needed.  She often joins Chris in their mountain excursions and loves to spend time with their blended family of four adult children and 11 grandchildren.  Bonnie also uses her gifts in support of ministries at Daybreak Church.

Todd Lindstrom

Todd’s love for machining began in his father’s business when he was a teenager.  Eventually, he moved on to work at larger shops and receive extensive training in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) programming.  His career led him to a management position at one of the largest machining businesses in central Pennsylvania.  In 2018, he brought his CNC machining expertise back to the family business when he and his brother became the 3rd generation of owners.  Todd is responsible for the manufacturing processes as well as advancements in the company’s capabilities.  He is passionate about lean manufacturing and continually seeks ways to improve cost-effectiveness for customers.  When he’s not working on new programs, Todd enjoys spending time with friends, leading marriage ministry programs and traveling.  He and his wife are members of Daybreak Church.

Victoria Lindstrom

Prior to becoming an official member of the Lindstrom Machining team, Victoria developed a strong business acumen as a result of building and growing her marketing and consulting business as well as helping hundreds of other organizations achieve their strategic goals.  Married to Todd, Victoria decided to devote her expertise to Lindstrom Machining.  Her role is to develop and execute growth strategies for the business.  Todd and Victoria also have a blended family of five children, their spouses and twelve grandchildren.  In addition to her role at Lindstrom Machining, Victoria continues to do marketing consulting and is a marriage/relationship coach.  She is chair of the Governing Board at Daybreak Church and helps to lead the marriage ministry there.
